Shipping and Delivery

Important Information:

  • All deliveries will require a signature upon receipt.
  • All orders are shipped within 3 working days.
  • Once an order is dispatched, we are unable to redirect it to a different address or cancel it.
  • After your package has been signed for and delivered, LISETTE is not liable for theft or damage.
  • If you waive the signature requirement, your package is only insured during transit, and the customer assumes responsibility upon delivery.
  • Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.
  • All orders are shipped from Asia and are handled by a trusted third-party shipping provider. We strive to ensure that your order is processed and shipped promptly. Please note that we use Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) terms, meaning all customs duties and taxes are included in the price of your order. You can expect smooth delivery with no additional fees upon receipt.

Lost & Misdelivered Packages/Wrong Shipping Address:

  • Customers are responsible for locating their package if an incorrect address is provided.
  • If your order is returned to us, you will incur a return shipping fee and any additional reshipment costs.
  • If you opt not to have the order reshipped, you will receive a refund minus the original shipping charges and return shipping fees.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are damaged during transit, neglected, or lost after delivery, including those uncollected from a pickup location.
    It is the customer’s responsibility to track their package and stay updated on its status.


Returns

  • If you would like to return any of the items you have received, Lisette offers a 14-day return policy, valid from the day you received your order.
    Items must be returned in pristine condition: unworn, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. Products must also be fragrance-free; please avoid wearing perfume or cologne, as items with strong scents will be considered worn and cannot be accepted for return.
  • Lisette reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet requirements stated above. Should your return be rejected then you will be notified via email.
  • Email us at hello@lisetteworld.com if you’d like to facilitate a return and we will send you a prepaid shipping label. All refunds will have the shipping cost deducted from the original form of payment. The customer takes full liability for any customs or import duties that will be applied to the parcel in case of a return.
  • Once your product is received by the warehouse it will be inspected and approved. You will be automatically refunded in your original payment method. Please note that while the funds are instantly deducted from our account, some banks may take 5-7 business days to process and post these refunds into your account.
  • We do not issue a refund for any shipping charges.
