1. What is the shipping method used by LISETTE?
All orders are shipped with the Signature Required option for secure delivery, and all shipping includes Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) so no additional tax is required upon receipt.
2. Can I change the delivery address after my order has been dispatched?
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it to a different address.
3. What happens if my package is lost or damaged after delivery?
LISETTE is not responsible for theft or damage once the package has been signed for and delivered. If you waive the signature requirement, you assume responsibility upon delivery.
4. How can I track my order?
You will receive an email notification with tracking information after your order has been dispatched.
5. What are the estimated delivery times?
Estimated delivery times begin from the date of dispatch and are intended as a guide only. We ship items from the warehouse within 3 working days after confirmation of your order. Delivery typically takes 5-10 working days from the date of shipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
6. What should I do if I provided the wrong shipping address? It is the customer's responsibility to locate the package if an incorrect address is provided. If the order is returned to us, you will incur a return shipping fee and any reshipment costs. You may also email us at hello@lisetteworld.com and we will do our best to rectify the problem to the best of our ability.
7. Can I get a refund if my order is returned to sender?
If you no longer wish to have the order reshipped, you will receive a refund minus the original shipping charges and return shipping fees.
8. Are there any responsibilities for tracking my package?
Yes, it remains the customer's responsibility to track their package and stay informed of its status.

We ship worldwide except to Russia.
11. Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your purchase.

13. Do you accept refunds and exchanges?
If you would like to return any of the items you have received, Lisette offers a 14-day return policy, valid from the day you received your order.
Item must be returned to us in perfect condition. Unworn, with tags, garment wrapping and in its original packaging. The products also needs to be fragrance free, so avoid using perfume or cologne as products with a strong smell counts as a worn product.
For returns, please email us at hello@lisetteworld.com with your order number and the name of product you wish to return. We will then respond with a prepaid return shipping label or a return address depending on where you are returning the item from. This return cost cost will be deducted from the original form of payment once we process the return. Once your product is received by us, it will be inspected and approved. You will be automatically refunded in your original payment method. Please note that while the funds are instantly deducted from our account, some banks may take 5-7 business days to process and post these refunds into your account. We do not issue a refund for any shipping charges.
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to select a different size or product, we recommend placing a new order for the correct item before starting the return process for your original purchase. This ensures you secure your desired product without delay.
